Key Responsibilities

  • Manage composite materials while adhering to established safety protocols.
  • Execute hand-lamination of composite components according to specifications from project engineers.
  • Prepare components for curing through vacuum bagging techniques.
  • Develop tooling patterns and molds utilizing chemical sealers and release agents.
  • Construct molds from provided patterns.
  • Adhere to build manuals and quality assurance processes.
  • Address and resolve quality concerns in collaboration with project engineers.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Effectively prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret detailed drawings and instructions.
  • Previous experience in low-volume vehicle production or motorsport assembly.
  • Proficient in composite trimming, grinding, and drilling to high standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling for shift work if necessary.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
