Role Overview
  • Lead the Sales Division: Oversee the Direct, Indirect, and Inside Sales teams both functionally and managerially.
  • Manage Responsibilities: Take ownership of your designated area and oversee order management.
  • Focus on Indirect Sales: Emphasize the development of Indirect Sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Engage with external sales partners and internal Rohde & Schwarz sales entities.
  • Maintain Relationships: Manage existing contract partners, foster relationships, and build sustainable partnerships.
  • Portfolio Alignment: Ensure market alignment of offerings from R&S SIT GmbH and Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity GmbH.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise marketing devices and customer-specific system solutions.
  • Translate Requirements: Convert operational customer needs into technical solutions and define technical product specifications.
  • Representation: Act as the department's representative at national and international trade fairs and events.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Degree in business or a related field, along with proven sales expertise.
  • Experience: Significant experience with public sector clients and/or Channel Partners, Resellers, or System Integrators.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to effectively lead teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with network, data analysis, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and entrepreneurial abilities.
  • Procurement Experience: Knowledge of public procurement processes and development of channel and partner programs.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English, with a willingness to travel.
