Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Controller to join our team at Northrop Grumman LITEF GmbH. As a Junior Controller, you will be responsible for supporting our production controlling, cost accounting, and business controlling processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Support in monthly and annual closing processes
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Manage material stock
  • Support in project setup and execution
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Experience in controlling is an asset
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 (CO/PS) and MS Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
