Für unseren Kunden, ein global agierendes Unternehmen im Bereich Verbindungstechnik, suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen Logistics Operations Manager/Demand Planner (m/w/d).
Diese Position ist in Vollzeit (35h) und befristet.

Dein Aufgabengebiet
  • Strategische Planung und Überwachung: Du übernimmst die aktive Planung und Kontrolle des Absatzplans, um frühzeitig Über- oder Unterplanungen sowie schleichende Ausläufe zu identifizieren.
  • Kommunikation und Kooperation: Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit den Vertriebsniederlassungen und informierst über die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der jeweiligen Kunden.
  • Datenmanagement: Als Ansprechpartner für übergreifende Themen zur Stammdatenpflege und -einspielung sorgst Du für reibungslose Prozesse.
  • Artikelkoordination: Du koordinierst neue und auslaufende Artikel basierend auf der Absatzplanung.
  • Abweichungsanalysen: Du führst Abweichungsanalysen durch, beispielsweise bei Abnahmemengen.
  • Bedarfssteuerung: Du passt die Bedarfssteuerung im ERP-System gemäß strategischer Vorgaben in Bezug auf relevante Verkaufslagerorte aktiv an und pflegst diese.
  • Supply Chain Management: Du arbeitest bei verschiedenen Themen im Supply Chain Management in Bezug auf Stammdaten, Verwertungen und mehr mit.

  • Ausbildung und Studium: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder logistischen Bereich; ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Supply Chain Management oder Logistik ist von Vorteil.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Bereich Supply Chain Management und Absatzplanung.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Du hast eine hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; Kenntnisse in ADD ONE und M3 sind wünschenswert.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest engagiert, strukturiert und zielorientiert.
  • Denkweise: Du besitzt eine analytische sowie service- und kundenorientierte Denkweise.
  • Selbstständigkeit: Du hast eine ausgeprägte Selbstständigkeit und die Bereitschaft zur Verantwortungsübernahme.
