Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee a team of technical experts
  • Manage team workflows and processes
  • Deliver technical assistance to clients both remotely and in-person
  • Act as the primary technical contact for designated projects
  • Consult, strategize, execute, and improve IT infrastructure initiatives
  • Handle administrative responsibilities in both Microsoft and Linux environments
