Position Overview

As a Senior IT Solutions Consultant (Inhouse) focusing on eQMS and Substitute Scanning, you will play a pivotal role in the introduction, enhancement, and maintenance of IT systems that facilitate the digital transformation of quality and document management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation and management of systems like 'TrackWise' for quality management.
  • Lead the development and integration of a new Substitute Scanning system.
  • Collaborate closely with software vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Engage in technology evaluation and strategic IT planning to support business objectives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Scanning, and Archiving.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
