Position Overview

We are currently seeking a BIM Consultant (Building Information Modeling) (m/f/d) for our team at DB Energie GmbH. Your Responsibilities:
  • Developing a robust strategy for the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is essential for our sustainable success.
  • You will oversee the strategic direction of the BIM process and the associated use cases within the BIM environment.
  • As a key partner, you will be responsible for the central coordination of the BIM project in collaboration with project areas and regional divisions.
  • Additionally, you will manage requirements related to BIM.
  • In this role, you will review existing documentation to assess how future documentation should be handled in the BIM context.
Your Profile:
  • A successful completion of a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline forms the foundation of your success.
  • Ideally, you have several years of experience working with BIM methodologies in various project contexts.
  • You possess strong knowledge in requirements management.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with a confident, engaging, and authentic demeanor, are essential.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, pragmatic thinking approaches, as well as creativity and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile.
