We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Social Media Analyst to join our team at TLGG. As a key member of our marketing analytics team, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing performance data across all relevant social media channels, developing data-driven insights and recommendations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and analyze performance data across all relevant social media channels to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives
- Lead a small team of analysts to drive data-driven decision making and process optimization
- Optimize and automate data processing and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Several years of professional experience in marketing analytics and/or related areas (social media, marketing strategy, paid media, automation, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of social media analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data visualization and interpretation
- Creativity and innovative spirit, along with the ability to think strategically and solution-oriented
- Ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
- Strong teamwork skills and some initial leadership experience
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Interest in the automotive industry
