About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant (m|w|d) to join our team at fournell showtechnik GmbH. As a key member of our finance and accounting department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Support the team with tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
