About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant (m|w|d) to join our team at fournell showtechnik GmbH. As a key member of our finance and accounting department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Support the team with tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Completed commercial training or experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
