We are a leading company in the field of coffee technology, with over 60 years of experience in the industry. As a premium partner of the LaCimbali brand, we offer our customers a comprehensive range of services, from consultation and planning to customer support.

We are currently looking for a Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our coffee machines at customer locations. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our coffee machines, as well as providing training and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain coffee machines at customer locations
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on coffee machines
  • Provide training and support to customers
  • Conduct safety inspections and perform repairs as needed
  • Perform repairs, general overhauls, and maintenance in the workshop
Requirements
  • You have a passion for working with coffee machines and a desire to learn and grow with our company
  • You have experience working in a technical role and are comfortable with electronics and mechanics
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
  • You have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • You are able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
