Programmer / Technical Specialist for Process Control Systems PCS7

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Programmer / Technical Specialist to join our team at Roche in Penzberg. As a key member of our Technical Solution and Services department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining process control systems using PCS7.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve issues in process automation, including 24/7 on-call duties.
- Provide technical guidance to production teams and maintenance personnel on automation of production processes.
- Implement automation solutions for process control systems, primarily using PCS7.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects.
- Lead technical projects and assume responsibility for process control systems.
- Qualify and validate process control systems.
Requirements
- Completed electrical engineering education with a technical specialization or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in process automation and control, preferably with PCS7.
- Strong knowledge of Simatic PCS7, ProfiNet, OPC, and Simatic Batch.
- Experience with GMP regulations and Computerized System Validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
