IT Procurement Assistant (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting colleagues in IT procurement with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations
  • Documenting purchasing processes, analyzing data, and preparing reports for management to inform strategic decisions
  • Assisting in negotiations and supplier management, building strong relationships with vendors
  • Contributing innovative ideas to the Corporate IT areas, driving process improvements

Requirements:

  • Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record
  • Familiarity with MS Office, with SAP knowledge being a significant advantage
  • Prior experience in commercial tasks, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work independently, with strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Availability for 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
