We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Inspector (m/w/d) to join our team at our Donauwörth location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality inspections in accordance with defined standards for final inspection and conformity, stop points, FAI, functional tests, rework, and critical activities (if not delegated) and relevant documentation.
  • Investigate and analyze quality and technical incidents that occur in the workshop area and have an impact on quality costs.
  • Ensure that containment measures, corrective, and preventive actions are implemented by responsible departments through multifunctional teams.
  • Contribute to ensuring production flow by quickly addressing quality issues and preventing foreign object damage.
  • Ensure operational surveillance (employees, products, and processes) for delegated tasks.
  • Coach and mentor employees (m/w/d) with L1/L2 delegation in their daily work.
  • Handle measurement methods, subcontractors for quality, fixtures, and tools.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as an electrician (m/w/d), aircraft mechanic (m/w/d), mechanic (m/w/d), or mechatronics engineer (m/w/d) with further training as a technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d).
  • Several years of experience in quality management and in the field of aircraft maintenance and repair would be desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP is required.
  • Modular training according to EASA Part-66 would be desirable.
  • Good knowledge of German and English.
  • High level of communication and teamwork skills.
  • Solution-oriented and meticulous working style is desired.
  • Assertiveness, independence, and resilience must be present.
