Your Responsibilities:- Provide support in the sales and pre-sales process of vehicles to diplomats worldwide.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of our online platform dedicated to diplomatic sales, including SEO analysis, customer journey mapping, and benchmark creation for customer experience.
- Collaborate on the creation of compelling sales and communication materials for both digital and print channels.
- Assist in implementing customer satisfaction surveys using digital tools.
- Support the execution of marketing and acquisition campaigns through digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation for our new CRM system (Salesforce).
- Contribute to the standardization of operational processes within the department by leveraging Salesforce technology.
- A degree in business administration, economics, international business, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are highly advantageous.
