About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Production Specialist to join our team at CHT Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our chemical production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain chemical production equipment, including reactors, tanks, and piping systems.
  • Monitor and control chemical reactions, ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular process control checks to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and package chemical products for shipment, adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry or chemical engineering.
  • Proven experience in a chemical production environment, with a strong understanding of chemical processes and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
