Your Role
  • Agile Leadership: As an Agile Project Facilitator, you will excel in guiding ceremonies across various teams, particularly focusing on marketplace and analytics groups. Your leadership will be crucial in organizing and conducting essential events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring these gatherings are effective and promote a culture of ongoing enhancement.
  • Team Development: You will coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, empowering them to self-organize, make informed decisions, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
  • Obstacle Resolution: Your role will involve identifying and addressing any challenges that impede the team's progress. You will proactively engage with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine team processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and quality of deliverables.
  • Collaboration Enhancement: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere that encourages open communication, trust, and mutual respect.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and manage expectations.
  • Financial Clarity: Facilitate understanding around return on investment metrics and budget considerations, ensuring thoughtful estimations and clear communication to stakeholders regarding resource allocation and financial management for improved project outcomes.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as an Agile Project Facilitator in a software development context, ideally within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
  • Familiarity with mobility original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), second-life applications, and recycling sectors, with a strong passion for advocating sustainable solutions.
  • Possession of Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or equivalent, along with PMP or other PMI and master-level credentials is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strong skills in facilitation and conflict resolution.
  • Proven capability to creatively identify and resolve issues.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and German.
  • Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience in the battery, recycling, or sustainability sectors.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and predictive modeling.
  • Educational background in computer science, embedded electronics, sustainability, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) accounting, or psychology.
