Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, including:

  • Providing pflegerische and medizinische Versorgung (nursing and medical care) to patients in accordance with our diakonischen Leitbild (diakonic principles)
  • Evaluating and documenting patient care needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Berufsausbildung (vocational training) as a Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in or Altenpfleger/in, Pflegefachmann/frau
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare setting
