Our Mission

The Global Customer Success (GCS) team is at the forefront of crafting the ideal customer journey by developing support offerings, spearheading digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence throughout CE&S.

Your Role

We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Azure Solutions Consultant (ASC) who specializes in Application Innovation and Development to become a part of our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will engage with clients on technical matters, tackling some of the most intriguing and complex projects within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. This position is customer-facing and involves hands-on technical work across design, implementation, and operational phases, with a strong emphasis on resolving issues to eliminate technical barriers and enhance adoption. Your technical acumen will be pivotal in assisting clients in achieving their objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, along with experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, or consulting.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional European language (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German).
  • Experience in a customer-facing capacity (internal or external).
  • Experience in managing technical projects.
  • Technical certification in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications).
  • Proficient technical knowledge in enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, migrations, and technology management. Familiarity with development languages such as .Net, Java, or Python and their associated frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Collect customer insights to align solutions and services with their business outcomes. Identify opportunities to enhance customer solutions and position services to help clients achieve their goals. Facilitate solution delivery and adoption through value-based methodologies and repeatable intellectual property.
  • Support customer education by conducting technical discussions, workshops, and other activities that promote operational health and cloud readiness. Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive experience.

Business Impact

  • Identify opportunities to expand and accelerate cloud usage, drive business results, and assist clients in deriving value from their Microsoft investments in collaboration with the Customer Success Account Management team or other account members.
  • Recognize issues and advise clients on optimizing performance in line with Microsoft best practices.
  • Address customer challenges to expedite consumption by leveraging technical expertise and knowledge of Microsoft solutions, escalating to support and engineering as necessary.

Technical Leadership

  • Stay abreast of new technologies or services that align with customer needs and common trends in cloud application development.
  • Remain current with the latest DevOps/GitHub capabilities and practices, cloud application patterns, and be proficient in one or more enterprise programming languages such as .Net, Java, or Python.
  • Share insights, ideas, and strategic technical input with technical teams and internal communities. Participate in external technical community events.
  • Generate innovative ideas for enhancements to existing intellectual property, technologies, and processes. Drive opportunities for IP reuse, best practice sharing, and consumption acceleration.
