Air Freight Customer Service Representative

Your Role

As the primary point of contact for air freight inquiries, you will independently manage customer accounts, create quotes, and oversee the entire order process. Your proactive approach will help foster customer relationships, drive new business, and ensure smooth operations with your friendly and open demeanor.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for our major clients in air freight.
  • Manage customer accounts throughout the entire processing cycle, keeping them informed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotes independently.
  • Oversee order processing from acceptance to document verification and shipment completion.
  • Collaborate closely with all operational departments, sales, and especially with customers and carriers.
  • Provide proactive customer support and sustainable solutions to ensure long-term, partnership-based relationships.

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in customer service and air freight.
  • Proficient in Office applications and open to learning new systems.
  • Possess a friendly, communicative, and approachable manner when dealing with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, quality-conscious work ethic, and good time management.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent English language skills to facilitate communication with global partners.
