• Manage the internal sourcing of essential raw materials and auxiliary substances
• Prepare and configure machinery for the production workflow
• Oversee and enhance the manufacturing operations
• Record and maintain machine settings accurately
• Identify and report equipment issues and areas for improvement
• Conduct quality assurance activities

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a technical field, ideally as a process mechanic specializing in plastics and rubber technology
• Proven experience in industrial production, particularly in thermoplastic processing
• Strong manual dexterity and comprehension of production methodologies
• Willingness to engage in shift work
• Dependability and a meticulous work approach
