- Organisatorischer Aufbau: Definition und Aufbau einer zukunftssicheren Organisation zur Abdeckung der 24/7-Anforderungen für verschiedene Technologien im Bereich PV/BESS
- Geschäftsentwicklung: Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten für Geschäftswachstum und Umsetzung effektiver Best-Practice-Initiativen zur Förderung der ehrgeizigen Wachstumsziele der Gruppe, insbesondere in Europa
- Operative Führung: Verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Steuerung und die übergreifende Koordination, die Festlegung von KPIs, Benchmarking und Rationalisierung der globalen O&M-Organisation
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen O&M-Teams zur Umsetzung von Best-Practice-Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Leistungserbringung
- Finanzielle Verwaltung: Entwicklung und Verwaltung lokaler Budgets, Gewährleistung einer effektiven Kostenkontrolle, Identifizierung von Verbesserungsbereichen und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Kundenbeziehungsmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege solider Beziehungen zu wichtigen Kunden
- Qualität und Einhaltung von Vorschriften: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Branchenvorschriften, Qualitäts-, Umwelt- sowie Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsanforderungen
- 10 oder mehr Jahre Erfahrung in internationalen O&M-Organisationen, vorzugsweise im Bereich PV/BESS
- Technischer Abschluss und fundierte technische Kenntnisse im Bereich erneuerbare Energien
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative und interkulturelle Fähigkeiten
- Nachgewiesene Führungsqualitäten und Erfahrung in der Leitung unterschiedlicher Teams in Matrixorganisationen
- IT-Affinität, Erfahrung mit typischen Überwachungs-, Asset-Management- und Workforce-Management-Lösungen sowie IT/OT-Sicherheit
- Hoch motivierte, selbstorganisierte und ergebnisorientierte "Can-Do" Persönlichkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen erwünscht
- Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen
