How We Work
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator (m/w/d). As a key member of our event planning team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing our events, from selecting and booking venues to managing logistics and ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hotel bookings and contracts, as well as travel arrangements
- Organize and manage event programs, including speaker coordination and marketing efforts
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute conferences, seminars, and online training sessions
- Provide exceptional customer service to speakers, attendees, and partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute events
- Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
- Completed education in event management, hospitality, or a related field
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
