The team operates under the IL/IM division, contributing significantly to areas such as law, integrity, sustainability, compliance, and data protection. Key responsibilities include:

- Corporate Donations & Memberships
- Employee Activation
Internship Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our Employee Activation team. This role will involve a mix of remote and in-office work. Key tasks include:
- Enhancing and managing a social intranet platform focused on Corporate Citizenship
- Assisting in the formulation of strategies for employee engagement initiatives
- Supporting the organization and execution of employee volunteer days
- Participating in the Mercedes-Benz Fellowship Program, particularly in training sessions for impact mentors
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess:
- Academic background in business administration, social sciences, cultural studies, or related fields
- A strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Analytical skills and quick comprehension
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Initial experience in project management
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Fluency in both German and English
- Previous volunteer experience is advantageous
