Unsere Herausforderungen

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer Person, die sich für die Herausforderungen im Bereich Operations begeistern kann. Unsere Mitarbeiter arbeiten an der Entwicklung von Strategien, die unsere Position als einer der effizientesten und nachhaltigsten Multimetall-Produzenten der Welt weiter festigen und ausbauen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Zusammen mit weiteren Trainees startest du dein Trainee-Programm mit einer zweiwöchigen Onboarding-Phase am Standort in Hamburg
  • Danach beginnt die 18-monatige Qualifizierungsphase am Standort Hamburg, in der du funktionsübergreifende Kernprozesse von Aurubis von der Pike auf entlang eines Curriculums kennenlernen und erleben wirst
  • Darüber hinaus baust du deine Kenntnisse im Bereich horizontaler Kernthemen wie z.B. Safety, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence oder Sustainability auf
  • In dieser Zeit lernst du zudem weitere Aurubis-Standorte kennen und nimmst parallel an einem Aurubis-Talententwicklungsprogramm teil
  • Während der Zeit als Trainee wirkst du bereits in Projekten mit und übernimmst erste Aufgaben, um einen direkten Mehrwert für die Betriebe zu generieren
