**About GULP – experts united**

We are a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate and maintain filling and packaging machines, ensuring quality, safety, and business management aspects are met.
  • Draw samples for in-process and quality controls, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Inspect delivered packaging materials and returns, identifying any defects or issues.
  • Document GMP-compliant procedures in accordance with applicable work instructions.
  • Identify and eliminate faults, minimizing downtime and ensuring production efficiency.
  • Execute transportation activities, ensuring safe and timely delivery of materials.
  • Collaborate with adjacent areas, such as operational logistics and quality control, to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP principles and practices.
  • Experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on manufacturing and quality assurance.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with merchandise management systems, such as SAP, is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
  • Open-mindedness and interest in new machine technology.
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team, thoroughness, and physical resilience.
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
  • Working time model: 37.5 hours/week.
