Job Description

We are Rittal, a leading provider of enclosures and system solutions for the digital economy. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Herborn, Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of IT professionals in the development and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions
  • Manage the global product portfolio for IT Power and IT Monitoring, including Steckdosenleisten and PDU, as well as OT Überwachungssystem and Zugangsmanagement
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and provide a competitive edge
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop and implement product launch strategies and global market introduction plans
  • Support national and international sales organizations and local partners
  • Develop and deliver product presentations, workshops, and training sessions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on software and electronics
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP, as well as experience with data center solutions
  • Fluent English language skills and intercultural competence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
