We are seeking a Product Design Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This role focuses on ensuring that the designed product is not only manufacturable but also easy to assemble, all while aligning with the project's financial objectives.
To excel in this position, you will need a solid understanding of various production methodologies and the ability to convert conceptual designs into tangible, mass-produced items.

The following skills and competencies are essential:
- Ability to translate designs from sketches or 3D models into high-quality 3D CAD files and 2D drawings.
- Knowledge of guiding the production process towards complete assembly and manufacturing validation.
- Experience in motivating and inspiring team members.
- Strong project management skills, particularly in managing expectations and leading large projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Results-oriented with a drive to discover new solutions.
- Understanding customer needs and translating them into successful products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial design, or industrial engineering.
- Proficient knowledge of design methodologies and industrial production techniques.
- 3-6 years of experience in a design or engineering role.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in CAD software and design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Pro/E, Adobe Suite).
- Ability to convert 3D data into 2D CAD formats.
- Familiarity with surface modeling and/or FEM analysis.
