Tech Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead Quality Assurance to join our team at Tipico Technology Services GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Release Management: Schedule, coordinate, and manage releases across the enterprise and various portfolios.
  • Risk Management: Own the management of risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Quality Monitoring: Measure and monitor quality and report regularly on releases and tests.
  • Cross-Tribal Testing: Coordinate cross-tribe testing to ensure seamless integration.
  • Test System Setup: Develop guidelines for test system setup and coordinate related cross-tribe implementations.
  • Tool Development: Develop and maintain tools used to test software on various platforms.
Requirements
  • Proficiency: Several years of experience in an Information Systems Operations environment.
  • Work Experience: Previous release, test, and/or project management experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of test frameworks and technical requirements.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide testers to achieve goals.
  • Quality Standards: Align standards and safeguard Quality Assurance within Tipico.
  • Organization: Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Software Development Processes (e.g. Jenkins, Microservices).
  • Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English; German is a plus.
