Electrical Engineer as Network Connection Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Network Connection Specialist at Lechwerke AG. As a key member of our electrical engineering team, you will be responsible for managing network connections and ensuring seamless communication between our electrical engineers, customers, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain network connection offers and contracts in our SAP system, adhering to regulatory requirements such as the Network Expansion Act (NAV).
  • Create and review invoices for network connections and research building cost subsidies for network connection services.
  • Process customer inquiries related to Technical Connection Conditions (TAB) and optimize our processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product group managers to improve our processes and develop new solutions.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues and other departments on new developments and create relevant documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to offer and registration processes.
Requirements
  • You hold a degree in electrical engineering and have completed further education as a master or technician in electrical engineering.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the energy sector and are familiar with the Energy Act (EnWG) and NAV.
  • You enjoy communicating with various stakeholders and finding solutions together, using your technical expertise and confident demeanor.
  • You are able to prioritize tasks and maintain a calm demeanor even in situations with multiple parallel requests.
  • You are comfortable learning new IT topics and have experience with MS Office applications, with SAP experience being a plus.
