This role involves the provision of expert guidance and hands-on support in the realm of Arts and Crafts activities for individuals and groups. The coordinator will elucidate and showcase the correct and safe usage of both power and hand tools utilized in various crafts, including but not limited to woodworking, leather crafting, jewelry creation, enameling, and graphic arts. The program may also encompass additional crafts such as model making, weaving, metalworking, ceramics, and other arts as requested by participants.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive instructions and demonstrations on diverse techniques for working with wood, leather, metal, clay, and other materials, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Assist participants in interpreting patterns, drawings, and blueprints, thereby enhancing their understanding and execution of projects.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Applicants should refer to the Education & Training Levels outlined in the provided documentation. Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience for Level I candidates.
- For Level II, at least 1 year of applicable experience is required.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a military driver's license.
- Proficiency in office software applications is essential.
- Language proficiency: English A2 and German B2 are mandatory.
