Join Simon-Kucher & Partners, a global consultancy with a sole focus on unlocking better growth for our clients. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving measurable revenue and profit for our clients by optimizing every lever of their commercial strategy.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team of digital evangelists. As a UI/UX Designer, you will accompany our products throughout the entire life cycle, working on custom software from the early concepting phase to the acceptance testing. You will develop prototypes and concepts for sales, marketing, and pricing apps across digital platforms, gathering, challenging, and evaluating user needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, evaluate, and refine concepts based on user input, testing validation, and other design thinking methodologies.
  • Develop wireframes, user journey maps, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes with UI specifications based on user input.
  • Present design concepts and articulate design decisions to clients in interviews and workshops.
  • Provide guidance to clients and consultants on design topics.
  • Exchange ideas within your team to define and shape the design system across different devices and platforms.

About You:

  • Minimum four years of experience in a client-facing UI/UX role at a software company or design agency.
  • Strong portfolio of work that illustrates experience in designing complex systems and solving UX problems across digital platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior, and interactions.
  • Passionate about applying keen visual awareness and staying up-to-date with current design trends and best practices.
  • Focused on utilizing sharp problem-solving mindset and creative skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Proficient in English (proficiency in additional languages, especially German, is a strong advantage).
