About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at VACOM Vakuum Komponenten & Messtechnik GmbH. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality of our component cleaning systems, including maintenance management, process optimization, and quality standard compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

  • Lead and manage projects related to process development, optimization, and integration, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including suppliers and customers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair management, with a strong understanding of process optimization and quality control.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with MS-Office, SAP, or similar ERP systems.

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
