Finance Trainee Role

We are seeking Finance Trainees who are enthusiastic about exploring diverse facets of finance within a dynamic, publicly traded organization. The ideal candidates will possess a degree in business administration, particularly with an emphasis on finance, and demonstrate a keen interest in enhancing financial operations in a developing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in financial reporting for various subsidiaries and assist in the creation of consolidated financial statements.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at the enhancement, digitization, and automation of financial workflows.
  • Draft and revise accounting memos, procedural guidelines, and internal documentation.
  • Manage project administration and commercial invoice processing within the ERP system.
  • Perform reviews of commercial contracts and ensure data integrity.
  • Support tax-related inquiries for both the domestic parent company and its international subsidiaries.
  • Take on supervisory responsibilities and special projects within the finance division.
  • Leverage the 9 to 12-month trainee program to develop skills, clarify interests, and potentially focus on a specific area.

We are looking for individuals who have completed a degree in business administration, ideally with a specialization in finance. Candidates should appreciate independent decision-making and teamwork, possess strong analytical capabilities, and maintain a process- and solution-oriented approach.
