Crown Gabelstapler GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for the procurement of indirect needs and leading cross-functional projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational processes in procurement to drive efficiency and cost savings
- Conduct market and price analyses, negotiate with suppliers, and implement solutions
- Lead project management for internal and external procurement and optimization projects
- Independently carry out cross-functional and international projects in procurement
- Conduct market and price analyses, requests for proposals, and bid evaluations independently
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Place and monitor orders and handle complaints
- Develop and implement solutions
Requirements:
- Successful completion of advanced training as a specialized merchant (m/w/d) or university degree
- Several years of practical experience in procurement is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, goal-oriented, independent, and meticulous work approach
- Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional departments and strong communication skills
- Good English skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
