As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. We expect a friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Telephone reception and coordination
- Providing information and assistance to patients and visitors
- Routing incoming calls and messages to the relevant departments
- Patient registration and check-in
We are looking for a candidate with:
