As a pivotal member of our team, your primary focus will be the well-being of both guests and staff. By overseeing and managing the Front Office department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors while supporting your reception team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating guest check-ins and verifying reservations, overbookings, and available options.
- Creating and managing staff schedules and leave plans.
- Monitoring the budget for costs and room revenue.
- Implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
- Conducting internal coaching, cross-training, and planning training sessions for the professional development of Front Office staff.
