About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to drive forecasting processes, advance business intelligence, and lead cost analysis and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems, as well as expertise in financial planning and analysis. The role offers the opportunity to lead strategic forecasting, shape business reporting frameworks, and gain exposure to senior management, with competitive compensation and benefits provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic forecasting processes and shape business reporting frameworks.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and play a pivotal role in optimizing core business activities.
  • Work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your analytical skills and leadership abilities.

Requirements
  • Drive forecasting processes, advance business intelligence, and spearhead cost analysis and cost initiatives.
  • Define and drive cost initiatives, bridging between financial planning and core business activities.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and any ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, including balance sheet accounting and standard taxation.
  • Demonstrate 1 year of leadership experience, with a background in management preferred.
  • Consulting background or equivalent experience.
  • Hold certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter with tax qualifications.
  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Nice-to-Have Qualities & Skills
  • Proficiency in English and German language skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with German accounting principles.
  • Experience in interacting with auditors.
  • Potentially manage a team of financial analysts.
  • Treasury experience.
