Als Senior Manager Portfolio Content Strategie trittst du als wichtiger Akteur in die Strategieentwicklung unseres Content-Portfolios ein. Du bist für die Analyse, Planung und Aussteuerung unseres gesamten Content-Budgets verantwortlich und trägst damit elementar zum Wachstum von Seven Entertainment Group GmbH bei.

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Entwicklung von Empfehlungen zur Top-Down-Aussteuerung unseres gesamten Content-Budgets über internationale Filme und Serien, lokale Eigenproduktionen und Sport, sowohl über unser Portfolio an linearen Sendern und unseren Streaming-Dienst als auch über verschiedene Verbreitungswege und Geschäftsmodelle.
  • Entwicklung von KPI-Systemen und Modellen, um die Performance unserer Formate über verschiedene Verbreitungswege und Geschäftsmodelle übergreifend bewerten und optimieren zu können.
  • Analysierung und Prognose der Performance unserer Formate und Aggregation dieser zu Szenarien und Zielen auf Sender- und Plattformenebene.
  • Strategische Entscheidungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Experten aus Forschung, BI und Data Science, Lizenzeinkauf, Finance und Planung.
Erwartete Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder ähnliche Bereiche an einer renommierten Universität/Hochschule.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer führenden Strategieberatung, im Investment Banking, Corporate Finance oder ähnlichen stark analytischen Rollen.
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Erstellen von komplexen Modellen in Excel und solides Wissen und Interesse für Statistik, Data Science und Data Analytics.
  • Idealweise Erfahrung im Manipulieren und Analysieren großer Datensätze, z.B. in SQL, R oder Python.
  • Überdurchschnittliches Engagement und eine besondere Einsatzbereitschaft, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ausgeprägtes, analytisches Denken.
  • Hohes Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicherer Auftreten.
