We are seeking a committed professional to enhance our Leisure department by delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering a supportive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in the Spa area
• Provide information regarding Nature & Spa services
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordination
• Perform cashier duties and related administrative responsibilities
• Advise on and sell beauty products
• Conduct cosmetic treatments
• Ensure guest safety, particularly in specialized areas like Floating cabins
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the Wellness area
• Collaborate harmoniously with other departments

Work Hours per week: 20

Required Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in Cosmetics or Massage/Wellness
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Proficient in German with basic English skills
• Familiarity with cash handling systems and a strong social media presence
• Enthusiasm for consultation and sales
• A keen interest in Wellness and Cosmetics
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a polished appearance
• Flexibility, dependability, and a strong service orientation
