About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant Presales to join our team at JobGet. As a key member of our presales team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our sales team, as well as working closely with our customers to understand their IT needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and support to our sales team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and close deals.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their IT requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure that our solutions are aligned with customer needs and meet industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our solutions are always cutting-edge and competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT consulting and presales, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their business objectives.
