Project Coordinator in Exhibition Construction
ZEISSIG GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Project Coordinator with a background in exhibition construction to enhance their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating project management, overseeing contractual obligations, managing proposals, fostering client and supplier relationships, and coordinating procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating project management processes
- Ensuring contract-compliant and commercially sound order execution
- Managing proposals, estimates, and quotations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Coordinating project-related procurement in partnership with the purchasing department
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
- Experience in event or exhibition construction is advantageous
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently
