Your Duties

• Assist the surgical ward manager in supervising the designated beds of the surgical private patient unit.
• Engage in the launch of the surgical private patient unit.
• Collaborate with ward management on staffing plans and personnel development.
• Ensure the quality of care and operational processes through necessary interventions.
• Work collaboratively with all professionals involved in the patient care process.
• Adopt an economically sound approach in your decision-making.

Your Qualifications

• Completed training as a healthcare professional or nurse.
• Additional training in ward management or a willingness to pursue such training.
• Demonstrates responsibility and enjoys working autonomously within a diverse team.
• Flexible, dedicated, and possesses strong communication abilities.
• Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
