Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dual Enrollment Student in our Emden location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Member Services: Provide active support to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, converting leads into new members.
- Training and Consultations: Conduct probetrainings and provide personalized consultations to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
- Product Sales: Promote and sell additional products and services, such as nutrition supplements and EMS training packages.
- Software Management: Maintain and update our software systems, including scheduling and member profiles.
- Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and effective team effort.
- Education: General or specialized high school diploma, or equivalent.
- Passion for Fitness: A genuine enthusiasm for fitness and wellness, with a strong desire to help others achieve their goals.
- EMS Training Experience: Familiarity with EMS technology and its applications in fitness training.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
