As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Founding Full-Cycle Sales Executive.

In this position, you will be responsible for closing inbound opportunities while also generating parts of your own sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the founders to understand and enhance our existing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Continuously improve the sales methodology and related materials.
  • Serve as a product advocate, possessing a deep understanding of our clients' requirements.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, ranking in the top 10% of your previous organization.
  • Several years of experience in selling SaaS solutions, with a preference for experience targeting revenue leaders.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative office environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset, taking initiative without needing direction.
