Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Engineer to join our team. As a Data Center Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, maintaining, and responding to abnormal conditions in our data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, building monitoring, and control systems.
  • Use the Building Management System (BMS) and perform regular on-site checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage suppliers and services, and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Monitor maintenance service providers and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Implement improvement plans and small projects to enhance data center operations.
Requirements
  • Technical education in one of the following areas: Electricity (generators, UPS, low voltage distribution), climate, and cooling.
  • Knowledge of fire protection and physical security systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in operating data centers or similar environments.
  • Versatile technical knowledge, especially in the areas of operation, maintenance, and inspection of critical systems.
  • English and Italian language proficiency (B1 level minimum).
