Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage real estate initiatives in data center development as the owner's representative, from initial concept through planning, execution, documentation, and final handover.
  • Assume full responsibility for project timelines, budget management, and quality control.
  • Facilitate tendering processes, manage and enhance planning services, and coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals.
  • Negotiate and contract complex construction services while supervising their execution.
  • Lead and coordinate a project team comprising external contractors and internal departments.
  • Provide comprehensive project reporting for internal stakeholders.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in data center construction and project management, covering new builds, renovations, and existing structures from concept to successful delivery.
  • Proven track record in managing challenging construction projects and negotiating with external contractors.
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented work style with strong assertiveness.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on service orientation and cost awareness.
