**Job Summary**
emagine Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor - Supplier to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and quality delivery of components from our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site audits and reporting of manufacturing processes at our supplier facilities to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Perform quality inspections and testing, including the creation of technical documentation.
- Document and resolve quality issues in collaboration with various departments.
- Verify the completeness of incoming and outgoing shipments, including products and packaging materials, and assist in the creation of packing lists.
- Source new suppliers, including initial visits, evaluation of manufacturing capabilities and quality, and approval for use.
- Develop and maintain inspection plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in quality assurance or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with SAP is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel internationally.
