Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate / Entry-level to join our team at Ernsting's family in a part-time position. As a Sales Associate / Entry-level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting sales efforts in our Fashion and Home & Living departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store display.
• Support sales efforts by assisting customers with purchases, processing transactions, and promoting products and services.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and retail operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
