Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including unloading trucks and placing merchandise on shelves.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
