Housekeeping Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Dorint Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Housekeeping department, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, including staff supervision and training.
• Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and improve our quality standards, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, both in German and English. You should have a strong understanding of computer systems and be able to work effectively in a team environment. A good understanding of our guests' needs and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
